I haven't, but expected to at my next PC upgrade in a few months. . . until I read about the built in DRM, and the lack of real improvement in the underlying OS, and the painfull security "improvements", but mostly the DRM.
So now I am back squarely on the fence. I don't want DRM, as any hardware in the signal path will kill any HD content. So my old sound card isn't DRM compatible. Throw that away. Not all (if any) video cards are actually DRM compliant, even is they say they support HDCP. The problems go on and on. Maybe I'll just upgrade my existing PC and continue using XP.

I have Vista Home Premium Edition and Halo 2. Vista was definately worth it. And if you have a nice video card Halo 2 is a "must buy." The graphics still amaze me everytime I play it now. Here's a screenie I had on halofiles.com It's hard to take good screenies of Halo 2 because you can't use flycams anymore. This pic was on a way higher resolution I had to scale it down. The only bad thing about Halo 2 is you get 1 month of Xbox live Gold for free. Which means you can host games, you get achievements, and etc. But after that runs out you automatically get Silver for free and you can't get achievements and other crap. But you still can join peoples games online.
